Thank you for visiting True Mydentity. These are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

General Information

U.S. ONLY: True Mydentity only ships to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
NO PO Boxes: True Mydentity does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
NO EXPRESS OR OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES: True Mydentity needs to print and fill your order. That process takes 2-4 business days. Therefore, we cannot guarantee your product will be printed, packed and shipped in time to deliver overnight. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not want to promise something we cannot deliver.

Time Needed to Fill an Order

As noted, True Mydentity's fulfillment process typically takes 2-4 business days. Following fulfillment, your order will be shipped.

Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, it will take 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (ex: December holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

True Mydentity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages

True Mydentity is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
