Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, we will not provide a refund or exchange.

DO NOT ship item(s) you wish to return until approved by True Mydentity. Please follow these instructions to submit a return:

Before anything is returned, you must inform True Mydentity of your intent by sending an email to support@truemydentity.com and provide an explanation of what you wish to return and why. Please provide all relevant details, including your preferred outcome (ex: refund or exchange). True Mydentity will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your email.

Item(s) Will Not be Accepted for Return Unless These Criteria are Met:

  • The item(s) you wish to return must be unused.
  • The item(s) you wish to return must be in the same condition you received it.
  • The item(s) you wish to return must be in the original packaging.

Shipping Your Approved Return Item(s)

When approved by True Mydentity to ship your return item(s):

  • All item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase along with the returned item(s).
  • All returned items must be shipped to the sender address (sender address on original shipping label): 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273
  • You are responsible to pay for your own shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

True Mydentity has the right to deny any return, refund or exchange request if the above steps and guidelines are not followed as outlined.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by True Mydentity, we will send you an email to notify you we received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days of sending you the return approval notification.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund and have waited more than 3 business days after the date of your approved refund notification, please follow these steps:
  • Check your bank account or credit card account (one more time) to verify the refund has not been posted.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank to confirm whether they received your refund. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@truemydentity.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item, for the same item, follow the return policy at the top of the page.
